All yoga wellness days are meant to be focused around self love and care and promoting natural healing through dedicated yoga, meditation, eating and wellness activities. We will practice yoga and meditation each day with live classes, workshops, meals and video calls scheduled daily.

A certified yoga instructor with a passion for world health and wellness, Scott shares his experience with weight loss, yoga and meditation, intent on helping others to live conscious lives full of love and compassion and free of illness and disease.

There is potential for daily surprise guest teachers and instructors to join for special classes and workshops. Any new teacher updates will be shared with all yoga wellness day members.
